We’re excited to announce an opportunity to join our coaching team as we look to appoint a passionate and driven individual to lead our Colts squad into the upcoming season.

This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in developing young talent and contributing to a growing, ambitious club.

The Role

As Colts Head Coach, you will:
• Lead and manage the Colts team, supporting both player development and on-field performance
• Plan and deliver engaging and structured Thursday night training sessions
• Coach and oversee the team during Sunday fixtures
• Work collaboratively with the senior coaching team to establish a clear and effective player pathway
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and ambitious team culture

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who brings:
• A minimum Level 2 coaching qualification (or higher)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A genuine commitment to developing players and upholding club values

Previous experience working with young players is desirable but not essential.
