Are you ready to get back to mens rugby, or perhaps you just want to have a good time with some new friends? Stowmarket RUFC invites you to join us every Tuesday evening at 7pm for our fun and informal rugby sessions at Phoenix Park.

These sessions are perfect for everyone, whether you're looking to prepare for the upcoming season or simply want to get moving again. There's no pressure – just come along, mess around, and enjoy the game. Our Senior coaches will be there at each session, participating and getting to know the players who will form our 2024/25 teams.
