Stowmarket Rugby Club is based in a small town in the beautiful rural county of Suffolk
90 miles from London and 40 miles from Cambridge with direct train links to both.

Stowmarket competes at Level 7 of the England Rugby Union Championship in London Division 2 with fixtures in East Anglia and the NE suburbs of London. Having gained promotion last season and been placed 3rd this season, with essentially home/locally
produced talent, the club’s aim is for promotion next season to London Division 1.

The club are keen to strengthen both the coaching team and the playing squad. There continues to be the potential to improve players within the present squad and the club’s success and welcoming reputation is attracting talent from nearby.

The club have recognised the need for a Back’s Coach who could also direct play on the field from 1st or 2nd Five-Eight (Flyhalf or Centre). Stowmarket play attractive rugby (this season the wingers have scored 'over a third of the tries) enjoyed by players and spectators alike.
