Preparations are already underway for one of the most exciting events in our club’s calendar — the Stowmarket RUFC Minis Festival 2025/26, set to take place on Sunday 2nd November 2025.

Every year, hundreds of children from across the region come together for a day of rugby, teamwork, and fun. The highlight? That proud moment when every player receives a medal to celebrate their efforts on the pitch.

This year, we’re inviting a local business or individual to sponsor or part-sponsor these special medals. Your support will go directly towards funding the medals and ensuring the festival remains a truly memorable experience for every young participant.

As a medal sponsor, you’ll receive:

Recognition in our event programme and social media posts

Your logo featured on event communications

The chance to present medals on the day (optional)

The opportunity to support grassroots sport and the local community
