Despite the disruption to the start of the season the coaches, players and I are hugely enthusiastic about the coming season. The coaching and playing staff has been strengthened with Ash Cook who will also have responsibility for the second fifteen and the addition of several players who have joined us having played in higher leagues. Both teams require Team Managers on Saturdays to take on a few duties which will allow the Coaches to concentrate on preparing and coaching the team for and during matches.
Duties (subject to negotiation) to include:
Kit: Arrange for kit to be available on Match Day
Kit: Organise kit to be prepared for laundering
Match Card: Fill in and submit electronic Match Card every home game
Pitch – Home Game: Organise players to Flag and Pad pitches and posts
Meet, Greet and After Match hospitality: Opposition, Referee (+ Assessor) and show to Changing Rooms.
Match Balls: Prepare 2 balls. One to Referee.
Linesmen: Arrange for players to run the line if no-one else available.
Match Details: Record scores as they happen on Pitchero and give JNH a verbal match report
