The Club’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Friday, 2nd July 2021, in the Clubhouse, starting at 7.30 pm. Attached is an Agenda for the meeting.
There are several roles on the Committee which we will be looking to fill for the coming year -

Vice-Chairman
Facilities Manager
Sponsorship Co-ordinator
Suffolk Representative

If you would like to put your name forward for any of the roles, please let me know so I can create a list for the Chairman. Voting will take place on the night of the AGM.
All registered players with a paid-up subscription are members of Stowmarket RFC. Parents of all members under 18 carry their vote by proxy and are entitled to vote at the Club’s AGM.

We welcome and encourage parents to become involved in shaping the Club for the future. This is the opportunity for you to let the Club Committee know your views on anything to do with the running of the Club - what we do well, what we can improve on, ideas for the future of the Club.

Please note – Having said the above, at this stage we cannot confirm the rules regarding capacity, social distancing, face masks, etc. until after government updates. As soon as we have that information, we will post again.
