As the year draws to a close, the Stowmarket RUFC warmly invites all our esteemed paying Supporter Club members, dedicated Players, passionate Coaches, generous Sponsors, and their cherished partners and immediate family to our vibrant and joyous New Year's Eve Party!

Date and Time:
Make a note on your calendars for the 31st of December 2023, as we come together to bid farewell to the passing year and welcome the new one with open arms! Starting promptly at 7:00 PM, we invite you to revel in an evening brimming with vibrant music, spirited dancing, and delectable drinks. Embrace the warmth and togetherness of our remarkable SRUFC Family as we joyously transition into the upcoming year.

Event Details:
This event is completely free of charge; however, tickets are mandatory for attendance. To secure your tickets, please reach out to Louise at clarke869@btinternet.com with the subject line "SRUFC NYE."

Terms and Guidelines:

To ensure the event runs smoothly we ask you to please follow these simple terms:

• This exclusive gathering is reserved for all paying members of SRUFC, volunteers, and their immediate families.
• Children are welcome, but we kindly request that parents or guardians oversee their little ones throughout the evening.
• We retain the right to remove any individuals from the premises who display abusive behavior, excessive intoxication, or cause disturbances during the event.
• Attendees maybe encouraged to contribute food and beverages during the celebration. However, we cannot assume responsibility for any allergies and recommend that everyone partakes of a meal before the event.
• The event will commence promptly at 7:00 PM and conclude at 1:00 AM, with the music ceasing prior to 1:00 AM.
• With the exception of service dogs, no other pets, including dogs, will be permitted at the event.
• Please be advised that there will be flashing lights, so attendees sensitive to this should take necessary precautions.
